Birds And Blooms Sympathy

Hello all you fabulous paper crafters in blogland!

Balance Life
Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man
whom You discipline and instruct, O Lord, and teach
out of Your law, that You may give him power to
keep himself calm in the days of adversity.
                                                            PSALM 94:12 - 13

Sunday evening already, wow were did the weekend go! Just finished giving my little Yorkie girl a bath and brushed her teeth. I just started brushing her teeth about a month ago and its going pretty good. Using chicken favored tooth paste sure doesn't hurt. LOL

Onward with another card that I created for Heartfelt Creations. This card could be used for almost anything, and in this months collection there are many different sentiments that could be used on this card.
Heartfelt Creations Products and Products Sold By HC:
Paper: White and Olive Green Cardstock
 Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics - E41, 43, YG93, 99, V12, 17, Y38, Pebbles Chalks
 Accessories: Purple Ribbon, Pop Dots.

Instructions: Card base 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" in white. Cut another piece of white that measures 4" x 5 1/4" and use the medium cut mat die from set 2-B to cut out window. Next, cut a piece of pattern paper 1 3/4" x 4" and adhere to the bottom, set aside will come back to it. Stamp image on a piece of white scrap paper, cut out using the medium cut mat die from set 2-A, color and set it aside. Now with these 2 dies, create an olive green frame for the window and adhere. Now stamp sentiment, add ribbon and bow. Now with that colored image, lay loosely on card base, this gives you an idea on placement when you place the top layer over it. Once all configured, adhere image and add pop dots to layered mat.

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments on my post, they really mean a lot!

Hello all you fabulous paper crafters in blogland!

God Works While You Rest
Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the
[action of His] power that is at work within us, is
able to [carry out His purpose and] do super -
abundantly, far over and above all that we [dare]
ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers,
desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams].
                                                                EPHESIANS 3:20

Happy Sunday everybody! Another day of creating something wonderful. Making cards is my all time favorite past time besides spending time with my family and my dogs. My little Yorkie girl thinks that every time her daddy comes in the door from work, it's play time. She runs to her play box and grabs out a toy and throws it at his feet, then after he tosses it few times she drops the toy at my feet. She'll stand there and look at you until you throw it. She's very patient, after about 2 minutes and nothing happens then she'll rub her eyes with her paws like shes crying. Sometimes I wish I would have never had taught her to cry. She uses that crying thing on me all the time, and it makes me smile and gets my attention all at the same time. What would we do without out pets?!

Yes, I know I'm late getting my Heartfelt Creations posted once again. I loose track of time with my jobs. I work part time and my schedule is all wacky. Never know when I'm coming or going. My husband would tell you, that's just my nature!

Blue Celebration Blooms

Hello all you fabulous paper crafters in blogland!

Stay Stable
The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish
like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright,
useful, and fruitful; they shall grow like a
cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable,
durable, and incorruptible].
                                            PSALM 92:12

Created this card for Heartfelt Creations using the Cut Mat Create Dies. I manipulated the Cut Mat dies to create the mats behind the image.

First cut
Stick cardstock back in about halfway and cut again
After second die cut
Paper: Black, Light Blue and White Cardstock, Black Glitter Paper
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Pebbles Pearlescent Chalks, Copics
Accessories: Spellbinders - A2 Valiant Honor, Flower Soft - Sunshine Yellow, Blue Bow, Black Dazzles, Pop Dots, Conture Creations Embossing Folder, Lifestyle Embossing Folder

Instructions: Card base 6 1/2" x 6 1/2". First mat measures 6 1/4" x 6 1/4". Second mat using the beautiful pattern paper measures 6" x 6". Adhere mats to card base. Die cut rectangles from mat dies as follows: die cut first mat from large rectangle, stick CS back in die about half way and cut again as shown above, this will give you the long slender mat cut as pictured. Do the same only this time using the next sized rectangle. Die cut two more using the large rounded corners rectangles from sets 2-1 and 2-B. Dry emboss the light blue and the white, then adhere to mats and place on card as shown. Next die cut fancy frame apply pop dots and place it on card. Stamp image, color and cut out using the cut mat dies. After you make the first cut, place it back in the die only this time leave about a 1/4" sticking out of the die and run it through again. You will do the same to the mat. Now adhere the image to mat, apply pop dots and adhere to fancy frame. Add flower soft in flower centers let dry. Die cut label, apply pop dots and place onto card. Stamp sentiment, fuzzy cut and place on label.

Stamp images on white CS, cut out using the coordinating mat dies as shown. Cut out layering mats using solid cardstock as pictured and layer together with colored images and picture.
